Instead of months, Mim consists of Quarps (Qps) that align with the seasons. (4) When run all the way through, they form 1 year. Quarps and seasons do exist separately.
Example: I am 16 Human years, this makes me 64 Qps.
Other than that there is one difference between human time and mim time. There are still 60 minutes in an hour and etc, but they are not normal minutes, they are neo-minutes. Add neo- to everything and you have mim time. Same with units of measurement. (Neo-meter, neo-centimeter)
Since Mim consists of many planets, galaxies, and systems, each planet has it's own government unless there are multiple planets extremely close together. Common governments follow the lead of Global Sentries, that connect to form a massive empire/United Planetary Nations. The idea of 6 immortals ruling can also be applied if you separate the universe into 6 roughly equal parts. However, since this is the Golden Age now, there are no immortals in sight and the global sentries are the highest tier in the ladder of power.
Global Sentries are composed of 3 or more Starriors (System Generals that control the armies for an entire system). They convene together to make decisions for the good of the common governments they are controlling.
