There are three main species of sentient life, as all other life (sentient) seems to fit into one of the three species, with exceptions being beasts (animals) and plants. (Bacteria too, of course). The three species are as follows.
I expect for most adventures you'll be a creature or a mim.So lets learn some stuff about these species! The "Knights of the universe," they grow anywhere from 4ft onwards. They have a wide variety of skin and hair/eye colors. Additionally, and arguably their most notable feature, is their ability to inherit powers and magic. No other species can inherit powers and magic. Creatures have thousands of subspecies and vary greatly. They also widely use codenames instead of their actual names, a habit long formed since the Crystal Age Examples of Canon Creature Characters: Shadow, Cobra, Myth.Mims Mims are the "Peasants" of sentient life. They don't inherit powers or magic, in fact, they don't even have enough energy to manage any powers more complicated than the basic sets. Mims also have thousands of subspecies including but not limited to: Hyperspace Mim, Music Mim, House Mim, Urban Mim, etc. The stereotypical mim is usually rather short, growing from 5ft downwards, with some subspecies exceptions. They can have very colorful or very bland appearances, much like creatures. Examples of Canon Mim Characters: Theo, Penny, Crescendo, OryanCrubs
The humans of mim. Nuff said.
