Here's just an example description of what characters are acceptable. Keep in mind that if you prefer something feral, try and find a feral illustrator. If you want something humanoid, go ahead and find a humanoid illustrator. The openness of this world allows for infinite character possibilities.
Acceptable Character Examples:
Jerome the humanoid mim who only knows how to cook eggs.
Excalibur the feral creature (subspecies, winged shape shifting wolf) with an good attitude.
Dominion the humanoid creature (subspecies owl anthro) who eats small rodents.
